The River Cats had a tough loss to the Soda Springs Cardinals on Thursday, April 13. The wind was howling like crazy and never warmed up. As a result of having a rough day playing, they lost 3-6. Senior Will Millick, #2, pitched five innings against the wind. Sadly, he allowed five runs but made up it up by scoring two of the three runs on offense. Freshman Austin Ollar, #12, relieved Millick pitching and gave up only one run but struck out six batters. Sophomore Mitch Cotant, #6, had a hard hit and was able to get a double.

The team’s stats were four hits, no runs batted in and four 4 stolen bases, and the pitchers struck out 14 batters.
