Stanley Taekwondo promotes one student

Stanley Taekwondo Club held a belt promotional Wednesday, March 20, 2017. Annie Louderback was promoted from white belt to advanced white belt. She was tested on performance of her blocks, kicks and stances. Testing also requires that the student show knowledge of a new form (moves in a sequence) each time they are promoted. Annie did well in demonstrating her form and several other types of self defense moves that are part of taekwondo. Stanley Taekwondo classes meet twice a week, on Mondays and Wednesdays. Classes are held at the Stanley School and are open for all levels of ability. Instructor Pat Russell is available at (208) 774-2264 to answer any questions regarding attending classes, class times or the program in general.
