Chondo holds testing and promotion

Chondo Martial Arts Academy held a testing for children’s tae kwon do on Wednesday, November 16. Chief Master Bj Bryant, 7th-degree black belt, Master Shelbie Bryant, 5th-degree black belt, and Mr. Blain Aldous, 3rd-degree, conducted the testing. Successful candidates were promoted the following Monday. Pictured from left to right: Azia Yeoman was promoted to 7th-grade camouflage belt and Ross Bartel was promoted to 9th-grade yellow belt.

Hapkido student promoted

Chondo Martial Arts Academy held a testing and promotional ceremony for hapkido on Tuesday, November 29. Bj Bryant, 2nd-degree black belt, Shelbie Bryant, 1st-degree black belt, and Audra Gilbert, 1st-degree black belt, conducted the testing and promotional. Hapkido students learn kicking, striking, weapons, throwing and joint lock techniques. Mr. Pat Russell was promoted to blue belt.
