Helicopter assists in rescue

A Two Bear Air rescue helicopter flew injured Boise hiker River Greenfield from Mystery Lake to Challis Aug. 9 after the 16-year-old fell and injured his knee and ankle.

Custer County Search and Rescue volunteers aided by a helicopter rescued a 16-year-old Boise youth who had fallen and severely injured his knee and ankle while hiking at Mystery Lake last week.
