Rising waters
Flooding continued this week as an ice jam on the Salmon River near Hutchison's Bridge and Rainbow's End diverted water onto land and this access road. Lyle Hutchison said the water crested again on New Years' Day, but was not as high as the previous peak on December 20. Todd Adams photo
