Eloise Almeda Gini
Eloise Almeda Gini, 92, of Sandpoint, Idaho and formerly of the Silver Valley, passed away February 13, 2013 at the Life Care Center of Sandpoint. She was born January 14, 1921 at Glen, Idaho; Eloise was the daughter of James and Almeda (Palmer) Sanderson.She moved to the Silver Valley in 1970 from Challis, Idaho, but had recently moved to Sandpoint to be near her son and daughter-in-law, Kenny and Tami Corsi. Eloise was a cook and had cooked at various restaurants including the Enaville Resort of Enaville. She loved and enjoyed her family, sewing, fishing, camping and huckleberry picking. Eloise is survived by two sons Guy R. (Ann) Miller of Anchorage, Alaska and Kenny D. (Tami) Corsi of Naples, Idaho; 11 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; sisters Dottie Stephens of Montpelier, Idaho and Noma (Gilfred) Smart of Idaho Falls, Idaho; she is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Eloise was preceded in death by her parents and three sons Shayne, William (Bill) and Kirby. Funeral Services were held February 19, 2013, at Kellogg Funeral Chapel of Kellogg, Idaho with Rev. Art Fleming officiating. Interment was at Riverview Cemetery of Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho. The family wishes to express their heartfelt appreciation to the staff of Life Care Center of Sandpoint for their love and care of their mother and grandmother Eloise.
