Peggy spent many years being known as “The Avon Lady” and was one of the top “10” in the nation. Eventually, the love of baking and doing weddings brought her to the profession of managing bakeries in Challis and Twin Falls.

Surviving Peggy is her husband of almost 57 years, Cecil Perkins of Filer; sons Jeffrey Dee Perkins of Buhl, Idaho and Gary Lee (Janette) Perkins of Payette, Idaho; daughter Alicia Marie (Rob) Benson of Challis; grandchildren Bobbi Jo Perkins, Amanda Lea Perkins, Jacob Tyrel Perkins and Jason Thomas Perkins, Shasta Lynn Stone, Shanna Rae Lammers, Stacey Fae Stranger and Zachary Lamont Benson; great-grandchildren Austin, Wyatt and Chance Backen; Tucker and Taylor Smith; Tanner, Charlie and Kolton Stone; Olivia, Jocilyn and Traeger Lammers; Stetson Benson and Callen Stranger.

In lieu of (fresh) flowers, the family would rather have a keepsake.
